Blind Person
Blind people can't see beautiful things. they feel things by touch with their fingers. I have read a little and watched a movie about Helen Keller, who was blind and deaf. When she was a child, she had a hard time studying. Her parents hired a teacher to teach her. She learned each word by touching and feeling. But life was very difficult for her. Yet she had never stopped learning anything in her life. One day, she became famous. But even though life isn't always so good for every blind person, they nevertheless look forward to each day they live this world.

After that, I didn't hear back form the employer. so, today the economy is bad. I have been able to get a job up till now. It is giving me a lot of experience looking and interviewing.

Delicacy in China
China is a big country with diverse climates, customs, products, and habits. There are many delicious delicacies in China, but many Chinese eat strange foods, such as snake, dog, cat and human fetus etc. I like to eat snake soup, which tastes good. The snake is cooked with chicken, yellow beans and pork for more than an hour. Sometimes a cat is added inside the pot. I don’t like unborn chicken and duck eggs, also known as “the egg with legs”. I have eaten this delicacy twice with my relatives before. One time was in China, and the other was here. Many Americans like eating Chinese food, and so do people all around the world.

Grains are the main Food in China
Grains are the main food in China. In the South of China, people eat rice daily, but people living in the North prefer wheat, When we have meal, there is always rice with us to eat. The rice in my house is cooked in two ways. First, we cook the rice in a big pot full of water, after washing the rice. When the water boils, it needs to wait for few minutes while the rice swells. It becomes porridge, which can mix up with vegetables and meal. we eat porridge for breakfast and lunch. Another way to cook rice is easy. Five people are in my house. we take four cups of rice to wash and put it in a cooker with water covering the rice one inch. After ten minutes, the rice is ready. It becomes dry rice. We eat for dinner. It can be fried with beans carrots and eggs. There is no specific food that is eaten with rice, All food is eaten with rice.

Right-Handed & Left-Handed
In China, many parents want to force their children to use the right-hand. For example, when they sit around the table together eating dinner, right and left-handed fight each other. Parents also don't like the children using the left-hand in writing, because the children write the characters or letters ugly. In my opinion, let children use their left-hand normally.
